Target is a device that in its arms are parallel to the light pipe, cantilever rotary motor driven by collimator issued by the parallel light to simulate the moving target, different motor speed to simulate different moving objects, this can lead theodolite to track targets, this can detect on TV or infrared tracking system. With the testing requirements continuous improvement, optical rotation target's limitations have become increasingly evident, it can not meet the specifications of different detection theodolite needs.In this paper, high-precision dynamic target in the actual test the important role of theodolite and practical significance. Established the mathematical model between the target and the theodolite, derived motion formula for high-precision dynamic target, and analyzed three types work of high-precision dynamic target. Dynamic target of high-precision machinery, optical structure of the study, in-depth study of the electronic control system. In improving the accuracy of target state on the proposed low-speed impact of friction, to improve the system by repeating the tracking precision control and repetitive control compensation implemented PID control to improve tracking accuracy of the simulation.
