With the leap-forward development of the railway, and the train speed gradually increasing, the existing bridge can't meet the current requirements of railway transportation, because the influence of the original design specification can't meet current specifications and the reasonable construction method. Usually it will cost a lot of money to build a new bridge, the constructin stages will always be time-consuming. Reinforcing the bridge can save and it will get a good economic benefit. The scientific evaluation about safety conditions of the existing aging bridge will has important significance in the way of taking appropriate reinforcement measures prepensely step by step, recovering and improving the bearing capacity and traffic capacity of the bridge, and Prolonging the service life of the bridge to meet the requirements of speeds. This thesis mainly studies high piers of one line segment based on the research domestic, overseas scholars and the domestic reinforcement design standard. Mading the following specific aspects of the work:(1) on-site investigations;(2) dynamic test of typical bridges;(3) theoretical analysis of the bridges;(4) combined with computing, testing and technical conditions of speeding to assess the safety performance of the bridges;(5) analysis of the reasons for lack of Bridge dynamic performance;(6) proposed the reinforcement of high-pier bridge speedding operation;(7) vehicle dynamics simulation to test the effect of Reinforcement.Through the above experiments and theoretical analysis, it is easy to know that only paying attention to strengthen horizontal links of T-beams currently can not effectively address the vibration of high-pier bridge, and the lateral amplitude of the beam is still overrun. Obviously, it is necessary to reinforce the beam as well as the pier. Finally, the speed operation of the high-pier bridge optimal reinforcement is given in the hope of providing a reference or the reinforcement of the high-pier bridge pier in future.
