With the straddled monorail vehicles' development, there is a need to build a rolling testbed to test the straddled monorail vehicle. The testbed could simulate the various operating conditions of the straddled monorail vehicle, test the monorail vehicle's various performance figures and examine the safety and reliability of the tested vehicle.This paper preliminary designs the measurement and control system of the rolling testbed. In order to fulfill the control of the multiple dynamometer converter devices and test the vehicle's various performance figures multipoint, the testbed adopts the distributed computer test and control system based on RS -485 bus. Select the different detection devices according to different inspection parameters, and design the data acquisition system.For the rolling testbed completely simulate the straddled monorail vehicle running on the practical circuit, we must make each orbit wheel keep pace. This paper compares the operation of mechanical synchronization and electricity synchronization scheme, takes and designs the electricity synchronization scheme. Through using coordinate transformation of vector technology and pulse width modulation SPWM technology to simulate the electric synchronization scheme, change dynamometer motor torque and then change the orbit wheel's speed and eventually reach synchronization of each orbit wheel.Finally, this paper uses MATLAB software to simulate the electric synchronization scheme. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the electricity synchronization scheme is feasible.
