On the base of reference principle of freight transportation and forestry transportation ropeway, the transfer girder through the track-cable to erect the stiffening girder,the new construction method of stiffening girder of long-span suspension bridge has been developed. It is specially suitable for the long-span suspension bridge spanning high canyon, but there still has been many problems of the new construction method needed to be studied in design and construction of suspension bridge. The overall construction process of the transfer girder through the track-cable to erect the stiffening girder, and studies construction scheme, the calculation method and influence parameters of the stiffening girder are analyzed in this thesis.First of all, the normal construction methods of erection of the stiffening girder are introduced, then the construction method of the transfer girder through the track-cable to erect stiffening girder and the foreign and domestic research actuality about it are proposed, and lists nonlinear influential factor of the construction process. And then aim at the schemes of erection with symmetrical transfer girder and with asymmetric transfer girder in the thesis, detailed finite element model is established with BNLAS based on the project background of Aizhai Bridge. The change rule of the geometry and inner force, the change rule of deflection of track-cable, the change rule of rake angle of hangers and so on are analyzed during the erecting construction of stiffening girder. According to the comparative analysis, research results show that:To the long-span suspension bridge,when transfer the stiffening girder from two towers to the midspan symmetrically, the stress of structure is more reasonable. Finally, aim at the scheme of symmetrical transfer the stiffening girder from two towers to the midspan, the influence of pretension of the track-cable, temperature, connection mode of the stiffening girder, weight of the stiffening girder and so on are analyzed. By reaching the conclusion relevant to mechanical properties research on the transfer girder through the track-cable erecting system of stiffening girder of suspension bridge, certain reference value to the design and construction of long-span suspension bridge were gained.
