In the percent years, many suspension bridges have been built to adapt to the specific geography with the great development of traffic. For the purpose of the construction of the large-span suspension bridges, it is extremely important to establish the construction inspection and control system by adopting advance testing technology and local calculating and analyzing technology and to forecast rational measures timely to control the construction by means of local calculation and analysis.In this thesis, analytics is applied to calculate the structure of each construction stage of the suspension bridge by analyzing structure of the suspension bridge during the construction. The stiffening girder must be forecasted and controlled timely in order to make it safe enough to span stiffening girder. Based on the analysis of structure in this stage by means of analytics, the grey forecasting method of grey theory is adopted to forecast and control the spanning of the stiffening girder. According to this grey forecasting method and the spanning of the stiffening girder of Xixi Bridge in Guizhou Province, the author found a scientific forecast and control system for spanning the stiffening girder of the suspension bridges.
