Mega frame-tube structure is a new type of structure which is developed on the basis of frame-tube structure. It has irreplaceable advantage comparison of traditional structure in force transmission performance, materials in the comprehensive efficiency and satisfy the structure and function, etc. This structure belong to large-scale complex structure, its mechanical performance, seismic damage mechanism is much more complex than ordinary structure. Currently, this form of structure has been used in engineering practice, but the relational theory research is very little, and no specification can be checked so further research has extremely vital significance.Based on the finite element theory, this paper start with the impact parameters of the mega frame-tube structure under the earthquake, and elaborate contrastive analysis in the seismic performance under kinds of situations, then the thicknesses of the core wall are optimized under the earthquake, which provide the reference for structure design and in-depth theoretical research. Currently standard has not make Suggestions for the locations and numbers of the mega beam, and in practical engineering to understand the influence law of structural parameters on seismic performance is advantageous to make reasonable choice, thereby saving materials, improving the design efficiency; in the structure optimization design aspect, at present research using ANSYS for the optimization design of the earthquake effect is little,so the studies of this paper has theoretic value and practical value. Mainly includes four parts in this paper:1) Do research on the influence of mega frame-tube structure seismic performance when position and number of the mega beam are changed.2) Study the seismic performance of mega frame-tube structure under the influence of various parameters.3) Elaborate contrastive analysis in the influence under the earthquake of setting minor columns which is below and adjacent to the mega beam.4) Choose the thickness of the core wall under the earthquake by means of optimization analysis using the smallest volume as the target, thickness of the core wall as a variable and maximum displacement between floors as constraint condition.Studies in this paper show that:the changes of position and number of mega beam have great influence on the vibration characters, distribution of seismic internal force and displacement. Judging from this study results it is suggested that every 9~12 layer may set a mega beam, and decorate uniform along the high building, when just use one mega beam, it is the proper to set the mega beam in the central of the structure, which is better to constrain structural displacement deformation, and have good vibration characteristics, and also makes the structure of internal force mutations unapt too big; structure of component size is not the larger the better under the load of earthquake, but exist the optimal value, and it's useful to concentrate the structure mass in the bottom of the structure base on the analysis of the parameters, that is to say reducing the center of mass is good to exert the function of material and useful for the structure to resist the earthquake load; it's unfavorable to cancel the minor columns which is below and adjacent to the mega beam, and this should avoid or adopt strengthen measures; cylinder thickness has great effect on the whole structure stiffness and choose the thickness of the core wall by means of optimization analysis can reduce material to achieve economic and security purposes.
