With china's rapid economic development, the rapid increase in urban population, urban transport and inter-city traffic problems have become increasingly prominent. Middle-low Speed EMS-maglev Train is one of transport as urban transport and inter-city traffic due to high security, stability and environmental adaptability, as well as high-speed, suitable for heavy transport characteristics of. Be seems as an integrated transport system in the 21st century, the most promising high-tech means of transportation. However as the complex structure of magnetic levitation train system, and construction costs are high, to a certain extent by the level of socio-economic development restrictions.DC-DC converter is important electric-powered equipment in the Middle-low Speed EMS-maglev Train, it will supply power DC750V after high-frequency DC-AC-DC supply conversion circuits to convert DC280V give maglev suspension electrical system power supply. Therefore DC-DC converter can work will be related to whether the normal operation of maglev train is related to train driving safety. So the development of DC-DC converter with high reliability and meet the performance requirements has important practical significance.This paper described the design of the main circuit and the digital control system of the middle-low speed EMS-maglev train in details. Throgh the DC-DC converter toponogy formal analysis, choose a reasonable form of the main circuit toponogy. At the same time on the main circuit parameters of key components, design selection made a detailed instroduction, analysis and calculatate the loss of parts. The paper also introduce the composition of the digital control system, and drive signals generation and independent control, and drive signal phase-shift design, and closed-loop feedback regulation system.The paper also descriped the EMC design of the DC-DCconverter in details, analysis the mechanism of internal and external interference source and mode of transmission. From the ground, filtering, shielding and other aspects, introduced the DC-DC converter EMC design of main circuit, control circuit, the layout and instructure, and cabling.Final we use MATLAB simulation software for modeling and simulation to DC-DC converter, the simulation results and actual measurements were compared to verify the form and parameters of the main circuit correctness and rationality of choice.
