With the rapid development of subway and the increasing requirements of urban living environment, the resulting vibration and noise of the building along the metro lines become increasingly prominent. This has become a focus of attention in urban construction and development. On the basis of extensive research by scholars at home and abroad, aiming at the vibration and the secondary structural noise of the buildings above subways, a metro vehicle and construction interaction dynamic model and buildings boundary element acoustic model were established by numerical method, to investigate the vibration of the buildings and the secondary structural indoor noise, based on the engineering application, the noise-reducing effect of the three types of track commonly used in metro works was compared.The main works are as follows: Briefly reviewed and summarized the development of the subway traffic, the research status of environment vibration caused by metro traffic and control measures, the evaluation methods and standards of environmental vibration and noise caused by subway running.Based on vehicle-track coupled dynamics theory, a vertical vehicle-track interaction dynamic model was established. Vehicle model was established by Writing ADPL program, which is a multi-rigid-body system consists of car body, framework, wheelset and suspension device, which, Track was modeled as finite elements. The numerical simulation of the interaction between wheel and rail was realized by written programs. The vibration response of vehicle and track structure excitation was analyzed under the excitation of track random Irregularity.A tunnel-soil-building 3D FEM model of was established by ANSYS. Taking rail support reaction as the external excitation of model, the vibration of tunnel and building were analyzed when subway running, the secondary structural noise of the buildings was predicted. The effect of the subway speed and the track type for vibration and noise of the building were considered in the model.Based on the metro vehicle and construction interaction dynamic model, a buildings boundary element acoustic model was established by SYSNOISE. Taking vibration of buildings as the boundary conditions, the secondary structural indoor noise and its spatial distribution was analyzed by indirect BEM, the noise-reducing effect of the three types of track commonly used in metro works was compared.According to relevant standards at home, the vibration level of buildings and the secondary structural indoor noise were evaluated under the conditions of this paper.
