Combined with tunnel of Yanlangshan, site work detailed research content of this paper as follows:1) Combined with the basis of the existing research results and Yanlangshan NO.2 tunnel material etc, establish a steel arch and concrete structure plane three-dimensional finite element calculation model that suitable tunnel engineering application; Analysis of the model, under the condition of different working conditions supporting structure steel arch frame rust, primary support concrete corrosion behavior such as supporting system of degradation of the influence of the bond-slip arch rack rusty conditions of tunnel support system for safety the influence.2) Analysis supporting system safety influence and change rule,which is under the condition of concrete corrosion behavior of primary support. Give some safety evaluation with the condition of corrosion behavior of offshore tunnel support system, and some significant conclusions which are right.3) Establish relevant 2d planar bending moment curvature beam model,analysis when all the primary support is failure in long-term working of corrosion condition, Load transfer to all the second lining, the stress of the second lining structure, whether craze, crack position, and get the accumulation plastic curvature change results of the second lining structure, Judge the stability of reinforced concrete second lining with long-term durability, and make correct evaluation to the security of the whole system.4) Consider to reduce or eliminate the internal influence of longitudinal restraint, establishing longitudinal model of many meters that can calculation and analysis, compare with single meter model, analysis the effect of supporting system which caused by steel corrosion, summing up experience and and make correct evaluation to the security of the whole system.Analysis Yanlangshan no.2 tunnel primary support steel corrosion and corrosion degradation of concrete disease types, summing up experience and reinforcemeut method proposed conclusion, and adopt corresponding measures. |
