Aviation oxygen supply system is an important life-saving equipment which can fully integrate man-machine's performance and ensure the safety of flight crew, and the superpower of aviation has been scrambling to develop it. A good oxygen supply system, must be able to guarantee the safety of the crew no matter what the circumstances the flight would be, and should try to reduce the burden of users, give full play to the resilience of the pilot. Mostly related department are now equipped with its own oxygen and nitrogen supply equipment. However, due to the limits of complexity making process, long preparation cycle, lager energy consumption, big potentially danger, and the strict requirement of surrounding environment, which make less men who are skilled at operating the oxygen and nitrogen making equipment. Therefore, the application of simulation technology in oxygen and nitrogen equipments can avoid constraints and disadvantages of original devices, which can make a safe, economic, controllable, can be repeated and risk-free condition for the men to master the core technology of oxygen and nitrogen making.Based on the comprehensive analysis of oxygen and nitrogen making equipment, the paper has confirmed the simulation requirements, designed the training simulation platform of oxygen and nitrogen making equipment, and discussed the whole structure, the hard circuit, and the mathematic model of simulation system.Oxygen and nitrogen making simulation system was mainly composed of the model system which included refrigeration system model, fractionating tower model, heat exchange system model and external display system which included the main screen display, flow charts display, touch screen system shows.Aiming at the dynamic and static characteristics of the oxygen and nitrogen making simulation system, the various models have been described in detail, and the efficiency of the mathematic model has been tested through the simulation.A test has carried out aim at a kind of oxygen and nitrogen making equipment, and the test-rest indicate that the simulation training platform is feasible, and the real condition of the original system can be reflect.
