High temperature and pressure pipe is a part of key component of thermal power units especially the four major pipelines. The material after a long run may occur gradually degenerate leading to their ultimate failure. Supports and hangers'state anomalies and failures will change the piping hanger bearing force and distribution, which will increase some of the local deformation of pipe and making the local piping stress increases even more than the basic allowable stress of pipe. If we do not adjust, it will speed up the degeneration and failure of materials, which seriously affect the safe operation of power plants.In this paper four pipe hanger in Yungang Power as the research object. Through the collation of pipeline design drawings and work on the unit under the letter of hot and cold pipe hanger state force and the thermal expansion displacement test. The results showed that in unit #1 the four Water Pipe Part hangers crushed to death in different degrees, relaxation, tilt and field installation errors, which seriously affect the long-term safe operation of piping.use the four pipes and hanger in the # 1 machine to for the object, using the equivalent stiffness of the combination of cell-based method, consider the combination and balance between elements of the continuous conditions, the establishment of a small number of nodes for the unknown generalized displacement mathematical model for the pipe stress calculation Check results show that the stress of the four soft drinks pipeline of qualified, in the pipe hanger to work under the premise of a balanced stress distribution pipeline, reasonable, metal plant hanger maintenance supervision and with the reference value. The article also gives the biggest pipeline; the location of secondary stress can be the focus of supervision as a metal parts and components for the failure analysis provides the basis for transformation.According to calculation results and the support pipe hanger state analysis, which determined the # 1 unit on defects of the four supports and hangers and developed a transformation plan, which provides a way to solve a similar failure for the unit and do great significance on the unit and power grid safety and stability.
