Based on the analysis of the current maintenance mode Wulanchabu regional power grid based on the state discussed the implementation of substation equipment maintenance necessity and feasibility, and high-voltage circuit breaker as the object of an online monitoring system to carry out applied research, focusing to complete the following three areas of research.First, the analysis of the current transformation equipment in the regional power grid model used in scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance mode feature, then puts forward the importance of carrying out state of repair. Second, the state of maintenance in the area is still in the initial trial stage, with the regional power grid substation equipment and the characteristics of the current focus is the proposed HVCB online monitoring equipment in each substation main circuit breaker in the first state to achieve maintenance. Finally, on the one hand with the direction of network development, proposed high-voltage circuit breaker line monitoring system and information network, computer control, substation information systems complement each other, on the other hand HVCB by analyzing the internal structure and working principle should be collected to determine the characteristics of online monitoring parameters, a combination of both high voltage circuit breaker line monitoring technology research focus. Characteristic parameter extraction is to achieve the key to maintenance of circuit breaker status, the collected signal classification, processing, extraction can characterize the work of the state circuit breaker characteristic parameter. High voltage circuit breaker line monitoring system using layered distribution structure, not only can data collection, processing, analysis and other functions, but also effective and seamless integration of the existing substation integrated automation, real-time monitoring of operating data, and data collected the storage and handling. Completion rate compared reliability, testing high voltage circuit breaker application effect of line monitoring system.
