In recent years, the power system has been developing in the direction of high voltage, large capacity and high degree of automation, the traditional maintenance system has obvious disadvantages and it can not adapt to the pace of the modern management level.The status maintenance of equipment becomes the inevitable trend of power equipment management. With the development of sensor, micro electronics and communication technology, on-line monitoring technology of equipment has been developed rapidly and the condition monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment is produced. The condition monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment is put forward by the national grid created and it has been used throughout the country. This system has become an important means of maintenance management in the condition of using the original and it improved the transmission professional level of lean production and operation management. But with the continuous use of the system, some of the drawbacks are gradually revealed. This topic is put forward for these drawbacks.This topic is completed in accordance with the method of theory with practice.First of all, i create a remote operation and maintenance module and realize the operation and maintenance automation management. It is not only to become the fault location quick and accurate, but also guarantee the real-time access rate of equipment and reduces the operation and maintenance costs. Secondly, through the research and improvement of image extraction mode, the problem of the existing image monitoring module is solved. Also, I reduced the image of the step by step by way of tiling image information. And I propose a new scheme of power transmission image layout, which improves the accuracy of image monitoring. Thirdly, the topic also solve the problem of ice monitoring accuracy with the method for organic whole by monitoring ice covering and micro meteorological monitoring and image monitoring and let them prove each other. Finally, it solves the present situation of too many false alarms under the current system by setting exception alarm processing mechanism.Based on the above research content, the topic develops the auxiliary operation system of state monitoring and apply it to practical work and get good feedback.
