Large coal-fired boiler dust removal system is generally parallel by multipleprecipitator, connected to a rotary air preheater precipitator a bag earlier damage, whichis bound to make the dust collector filter bag place becomes faster, the shorter thelifetime of the precipitator. The preliminary analysis is the result of the structure andprinciples of the rotary air preheater, the amount of flue gas from the rotary air preheatervery uneven distribution, the flue gas temperature difference is relatively large; baghouse imported cigarettes the lower the temperature of the gas, the life of the bag willbe longer, but the flue gas temperature is too low, will make the rotary air preheatermetal heating surface to produce low temperature corrosion, thereby reducing the rotaryair preheater life.Rotary air preheater in a coal-fired boiler for the study in the pape, the applicationof numerical simulation method for analysis of rotary air preheater. The more complexthe structure of the air preheater, the preheater rotor simplifies the porous mediummodel, derived by simulation results and plant test data is relatively small difference,verify the porous medium model is reasonable.According to the simulation results of the original rotary air preheater, tworehabilitation programs, rehabilitation programs makes a flue gas volume deviation isreduced, and less than5%of the engineering design requirements, but the temperaturedeviation has not been a good solution, two flue gas temperature deviation is alsoreduced through the transformation program to meet the design requirements; the rotorheating surface corrosion phenomenon but the air preheater running the process, solve this problem, on the basis of the transformation program of rotary air preheater heatingsurface simulation is based on the cold air inlet air temperature the rotor heating surfacetemperature distribution to arrive at the law of the cold air inlet air temperature foroperation of the rotary air preheater and designed to provide the basis.
