As an important power generation technology, gas-steam combined cycle has a remarkable progress home and abroad for its higher efficiency in power generation, good peaking performance, lower pollution and short construction period. It is of important practical value to establish the performance model in the respect of a further optimization of operation pattern so as to improve the economical efficiency.Targeted at a gas-steam combined cycle with the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) being a triple pressure reheats one, based on the integrated modular modeling software (IMMS), the paper develops a new software concerning the supervisory information system (SIS). By means of engineering modular modeling, the performance index involving pressure ratio of compressor, the efficiency of HRSG and steam turbine and so on are embedded in the models of compressor, combustion chamber, gas turbine, HRSG, steam turbine and the whole unit, which are established in this paper. Employed the method ofε-NTU, the performance models of various heat exchange equipments are built respectively for the purpose of analyzing how thermal parameters of steam system and out-let gas temperature change with linear disturbance for gas turbine's exhaust temperature. With the help of the thermal economy analysis, the variation of efficiency of gas turbine, HRSG and steam turbine, unit efficiency and standard coal consumption are studied. Finally, the paper analyzes the impact of the precision for process parameters and the chosen of algorithm model of equipment system on the data output of SIS, and then classifies their reliability levels. Based on the performance model proposed, it is helpful for the optimization of power operation to develop the performance analysis software of combined-cycle units.
