| Gas-steam combined cycle unit’s performance is influenced by many complex factors.In order to improve the unit’s operation characteristics and economical efficiency,the type PG9171 E gas-steam combined cycle generating unit was taken as the research object to develope gas-steam combined cycle unit performance analysis platform.The platform consists of data acquisition system,SQL database and WEB system,which can analyse rapidly unit’s performance under the state of offline or online.Based on the development of gas-steam combined cycle unit’s performance analysis and thermodynamic calculation model of water,air and other substances,the performance calculation model of major unit’s components were established;Based on performance calculation model and the linear small deviation method,gas-steam combined cycle unit’s energy-loss analysis model was established;Based on data mining technology,multiple linear regression forecast model on the unit performance was established.Using technology of computer communication,programming and so on,combined with the mathematical model,data acquisition system and WEB system were created,the SQL database instance was established,and gas-steam combined cycle unit’s performance analysis platform was completed.Using the developed performance analysis platform,both the operation of the unit under different gas turbine load rate and the impact of atmospheric environment on the performance of gas turbine and combined cycle unit were analyzed;Through energy-loss analysis function,in different atmospheric temperature and gas turbine load rate,the impact factors of key parameters to unit’s performance and the quantitative influence of key parameters on combined cycle heat consumption rate were analyzed;Through data mining function,based on multiple linear regression,a large number of unit operation data were analyzed,the multiple linear regression forecast models for gas turbine and combined cycle performance were established.The prediction results were verified and proved that multiple linear regression forecast models can predict the unit performance easily and quickly through the initial import parameters.Through analyzing the instance of the unit,the results show that: the gas-steam combined cycle unit performance analysis platform can effectively visul data,analysis unit operation characteristics conveniently and quickly,and dig the hidden information from unit’s operation parameters. |
