The problem has of three or four decades'history in developed countries, particularly in Japan. With the rapid growth of China's national economy, the urban scale expand promptly and the improvement of people's living standards, the volume of the vehicles increase enormously .This problem cause nowhere parking which has been seriously affect city administration.The Cubic Car-base Technology is a main direction of the park reformation and it is the tendency of park development. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named up-down and translation stereo garage of 2 floors 10 ranks 40 park-units. According to analyzes in-depth the working principles of the garage, the control of automated accessing and the characteristic of stabilization, speediness, the supervisory control system were researched and designed.The main contents of this paper are:1. The theories and realistic meaning of research and domestic and international research present conditions.2. Up-down and translation stereo garage of 2 floors 10 ranks 40 park-units taken as example , research its structural design,workflow and the design scheme of control system, and so on.3. Detailed research on lifting shifting type of automatic 3d park hardware design, including the controller design, detection device of PLC design and safety interlocking interlock design.4. Detailed research on lifting shifting type automatic three-dimensional garage software design, including the garage programming principle, access car control algorithm of design and implementation and other control design and implementation.5. Detailed research on lifting shifting type automated garage OPC protocol communications monitoring system design, including the design of monitoring menu WinCC, PC with lower monitor PLC communications design.6. In order to check the correctness of system design, expounds the control system programming and WinCC monitoring menu debugging operation process.The platform is built to a modular design with structural flexibility,control program design and its optimization. At the same time, control and supervision systems are based on OPC agreement, the dimensional garage full use of the high-speed feature and the effectiveness which bring manage and control effectively. This design is equipped with perfect safety device and operation system, realize the safety and quick access to car, the overall effect is good. The stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars.
