| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s urbanization and the rapid improvement of national economy,car ownership is also growing rapidly.Therefore,there are traffic congestion and parking problems in large and medium-sized cities,and the parking problem has become a nuisance for citizens,especially in large cities.In order to solve this problem,scholars at home and abroad have put forward the use of mechanical stereo garage to solve the parking problem in the city,but the disadvantages of stereo garage,such as: low efficiency of car access,single actuator,not easy to install and maintain,make its investment and return is not proportional.Compared with the use of stereo garage parking,many car owners prefer to park their cars on the side of the road,which is convenient and fast.However,roadside parking takes up the road space,which undoubtedly brings greater traffic pressure to the not spacious road,and the traffic area is more narrow.The main task of this paper is to solve the parking problem,optimize the existing three-dimensional parking equipment structure is complex and huge,the efficiency is not high,design a simple lifting intelligent parking equipment,not only the structure is simple,easy to operate,but also can make rational use of space resources and high efficiency,to meet the parking demand of roadside parking space,small area or urban gray area,It fundamentally solves the problem of roadside parking,effectively relieves the pressure of roadside parking on dynamic traffic,improves the travel efficiency and safety of citizens,makes parking no longer an obstacle to travel,and makes the national lifestyle more convenient.In this paper,the six types of stereo garage are studied and analyzed from the scope of application,working principle and other aspects.The parking equipment studied in this paper is set in the roadside parking space and narrow area.After the horizontal comparison of various garage forms,the simple lifting parking equipment is finally selected as the overall design scheme of this paper.According to the functional requirements and design points of the simple lifting three-dimensional parking equipment,from the total and sub integration into the whole,two different side lifting equipment schemes are designed according to each component.Through comparative analysis,the overall equipment design of this subject is finally determined.Secondly,according to the working principle and design scheme of the equipment,the structural performance of each part and the whole machine is further calculated and analyzed.Determine the material selection of the equipment and the size of each part,use the trial and error method to calculate the size of each part of the key stressed parts,such as vehicle carrying plate,bracket,sliding platform,support column and protective shed,and verify its rationality.Using rhinoceros 3D modeling software to complete the overall model of the device,and using the rendering software keyshot to render the rendering.Finally,the strength and stiffness of the key components of the equipment are verified by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.This paper mainly analyzes the contact parts of the weak points of the bracket,sliding platform,vehicle carrying plate and column,and adjusts them according to the stress and deformation of the results. |
