| Mechanism is a system of machine such as rods, springs and pivots, which is used to transmit power and motion. This paper studied six-bars mechanism is a system which Dyad(Crank-rocker mechanism) is designed on driving crank of four-bars mechanism in order to realize optimization. Therefore, six-bars mechanisms are widely used. The study of mechanism which have various forms are widely used in industrial production. In particular, as the development of industrial automation, Using electrical motors and mechanism to design a equipment which perform a automatical given exercise precisely has become a critical issue.In this paper, the method of designing 6-bars mechanism passing three designed points is studied. Furthermore, the study on several problems occurring during the 6-bars mechanism's performances is made. This study's objective is to develop 6-bars mechanism design software for windows. The main research contents and achievements are as follows:Firstly, in this paper,3 Position Synthesis was reasearched. (1) Deriving center point with given circle point. (2) Deriving circle point with given center point. (3) Using mathematical formula Derived Pole and Image Pole. (4) In Circle point plane, deriving the ranges which do not bring about Branch Problem,in order to solve Branch Problem. (5) In Center point plane, deriving the ranges which do not bring about Branch Problem,in order to solve Branch Problem. (6) Deriving the conditions of Circle point to linear motion.Secondly, in this paper, Dyad mechanism Synthesis was reasearched:(1) Designing Dyad mechanism on driving crank, in order to lead Coupler Coordinate of 4-bars mechanism to do Limit position reciprocating motion. In this condition,Dyad mechanism must be Crank rocker mechanism. In this paper, Designing the conditions of Crank rocker with Grashof type. (2) The solution of Branch Problem when designed Dyad mechanism.Finally, using C++,MFC and OpenGL as programming languages to develop 4/6-bars mechanism design software for windows which is used to develop 4/6-bars mechanism,set parameters,graphic modeling. Also, to bring out visual simulation of graphics and parameters. |
