Due to their own characteristics and defects,once concrete pavement occurred damaged,it is very difficult to repair, which has become inherent troubles and thinking in the industry.Also people have to spend a relatively higher cost and longer duration to simply re-renovation of concrete pavement,or directly into asphalt concrete pavement.The results of bad maintenance,repair and bad, take hours of work,waste material,waste a lot of energy and financial resources.To do this we use the new materials early strength polymer cement concrete and Ultra-Thin Whitetopping technology to make up for lack of maintenance,which focus on solving the old road to the treatment,disposal of new- old concrete bonding adhesive material and construction and other key technologies and the advantages of using new materials to make quick repairs to get a good post-road performance.Main research results are as follows:Doing experiments to optimize for three types of additives to achieve rapid opening of the requirements,they are QW-A,LW-1 and LW-2;Through orthogonal design obtained influence factors,ranking factors of Slump is Additive type, water,sand ratio,the amount of cement,ranking factors of 3d strength and 28d strength is Additive type,amount of cement,water,sand ratio;Summarizes the current treatment of the different bonding in the interface,based on the same bonding treatment, studying the shear performance comparison test to found the most excellent interface bonding treatment and material;Comparing the early polymer concrete's wearing and Shrinkage pavement performance,showed that the wear resistance and post-shrinkage of the early strength polymer concrete is excellent than ordinary concrete under the same label;Determining the early strength polymer concrete materials and interface bonding treatment, forming a set of ultra-thin concrete overlay construction process.Studying on Ultra-thin Polymer Whitetopping,taking advantage of the old concrete pavement,reduce maintenance and repair on the environment,traffic,saving construction costs, which have important engineering significance.
