50~100mm high-early-strength fibrous reinforcement pavement structure on the milled and planed pavement which has a badly deteriorative old asphalt surface. As a new, effective, quick, economical and easy maintaining technique of pavement, though it has already been experimented for many times in the USA, it is a blank field in the load stress analysis of pavement structure. So it is helpful to design and construct cement resurfacing by analyzing load stress of this new pavement, and it is significant to ensure the utmost using of the old asphalt pavement and the quality of the new pavement , and improving its development.This paper adopts the structure model of analyzing large-scale finite elements to build entity structure of road, fix the critical load of road slab and then finds the influential law among the space of joins of slab, thickness, the ratio of plate to base module and counter stress of level touch. The influential law of asphalt layer and road slab hanging counter stress is analyzed by using three layer elastic systems, which gives some suggestions to the design and construction of cement concrete resurfacing.
