| Arch bridge is a common structure that has been widely built in our nation. Proposed integral hoisting and closure up half-span steel box arch ribs of combination arch bridge of steel box concrete is the new construction method,which for the"Performance and Analysis Research on Steel Box-Concrete Arch Structure"of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (51078373) and"Design and Key Construction Technologies of Vertical transfer on Steel-Concrete Composite Bridge"of the Western Transportation Construction Science and Technology Projects (200631881448) of Professor Zhou Zhixiang of Chongqing Jiaotong University, is carrying out researched, and analysis feasibility of the new construction method. The main studies are as follows:â‘ The study on structure system and construction method of a composite arch bridge.This article takes the Jiatan Sunxi River Bridge as an example, elaborating in detail the structure system of the composite arch bridge formed by steel and concrete,and elaborate the construction method of integral hoisting and closure up half-span steel box arch ribs. Provide useful reference to select construction method of such combination arch bridge.â‘¡Research the structural behavior of steel box arch ribs in hoisting processAccording to the engineering practice of steel box arch ribs of Jiatan Sunxi River Bridge, detailed comparison study of the program of steel-box arch rib to cross the river,recommended arching program of use the method of initially location in the springing,and then trace vertical transfer the steel box arch rib in the span.â‘¢Study on the temporary closure of steel box arch ribs.Based on the axial force and the bending moment of springing section and vault section in arching, derive the formula of the number of stiffeners of the springing section and vault section, which need in the temporary closure.â‘£Analysis the temperature sensitivity of the steel box arch ribs closure.Analysis structural performance which influence by the closure temperature of the steel box arch rib,the results show that the steel box arch rib can withstand large range of the allowed tension and compression stress in the structure of the steel box-concrete composite arch rib, the steel box arch rib can adapt to large range of the outside temperature when it closed, there is a big difference from the concrete arch bridge which need the strictly limit of the tensile stress,and so the requirements is harsh. |
