With the increasing demands of environmental protection, domestic and international development of the increasingly stringent environmental regulations on emission standards for various types of power devices made clear. Especially in air power, the ICAO formulated a series of regulations. Various countries in order to compete for commercial aircraft in the international market, have launched a variety of high efficiency and low emissions development program, developed TAPS, RQL, and double loop and other low-emission combustion chamber, developed DAC, LPP, RQL, LDI and other low-emissions combustion technology.This combination of domestic and international low-emissions combustor and combustion technology, research, design and processing technology, a combination of LPP in vortex combustor model. And the establishment of a set of experimental research system, the LPP in the combustion characteristics of vortex combustor experimental study, obtained at different inlet flow, inlet temperature and total residual gas coefficient of the various combustion parameters and emissions performance.Mainstream and experiment are used in centrifugal vortex nozzle supply area, where major oil by LPP technology.The results show that: 1) In different combustion conditions, LPP has been in relatively good vortex combustor combustion; 2) With the total residual gas coefficient,, CO,CO2 and Nox three indicators of emissions were shown a decreasing trend;3) With the increase of inlet air flow, the CO and NOx content increased, the CO2 content decreased; 4) When the total air coefficient is constant over, with the inlet air temperature increased,the CO and NOx content decreased the CO2 content increased.The research results is a low-emission combustion chamber and combustion technology to further discussion on the future of the LPP in the optimization design of vortex chamber has an important significance, while research in the field of low-emission has some reference value.
