As a main facility of the modern cold-chain logistics system, cold storages consume a large amount of power. Therefore, the problem of energy conservation is paid particular attention on, under the background of energy saving and emission reduction strategy. The air cooler is the main equipment with energy consumption, and the key of energy saving lies on the reasonable velocity of its air outlet. Under the reasonable velocity of the air cooler's outlet, the location and the layout of the goods has a huge influence on the flow field and the temperature distribution. These factors are the keys to realize refrigeration of high quality, and they have important practical significance.This article takes a freezing room of a practical low-temperature cold store for pork refrigerator in Central China as a research object. Three-dimensional CFD models of freezing room under different lay-out of goods are established to find the best velocity of air cooler outlet. On this basis, a three-dimensional steady CFD model of frozen room with lay-out goods is established, to find the optimal layout format of goods.The main research contents on the established model are: 1.simulate the flow field of frozen zoom with the velocity of air cooler outlet 3m/s, 4m/s, 5m/s, 6m/s, respectively. Compared with the existing research, the optimal velocity of air cooler outlet is founded to be 5 m/s. It is unsuitable to lay goods neither within 1m to the wall with return air wall nor within 0.5m to the wall opposite the air cooler outlet. 2.Under the optimal velocity of air cooler outlet, the flow field of the storeroom and the temperature distribution of the goods are simulated under the conditions of the four following layout methods:(1)without the pallet, the goods are gathered together, (2)without the pallet, the goods are divided into two piles, (3)with the pallet and the goods, divided into two piles, (4)with the pallet, the goods are divided into four piles to find the best lay-out method of goods. It can be concluded from the simulation results that: the absence of pallet will cause overlarge temperature gradient inside the goods, so it can not meet the need of food refrigerant; with the pallet, the temperature gradient inside the goods decreases obviously, and the temperature inside the goods and the velocity outside the surfaces are relatively ideal. In which, the method that contains the pallet and the goods are divided into four piles is the best layout form, with the least inside temperature gradient and relatively uniform surface velocity.This article considers the actual size and the internal temperature of goods. Therefore it offers some certain theory accordance to the reasonable layout of goods and the refrigerator design of the frozen zoom.
