Research On The Ventilation Methods And Air Quality Optimization Of The Long Highway Tunnel

In recent years, with the cars growing and people's requirement improving on the tunnel environmental, the road tunnel ventilation technology is more and more paid attention to people. Especially in the long-distance highway tunnel, The proper ventilation and Operating way can not only ensure the road tunnel air quality, but also can save ventilation energy consumption.This Article was researched the ventilation way to the long road tunnel at during the period of operations ,took for example road tunnel of zhongnanshan in QinLing, established its ventilation network model, used the internet software CFIRE on the various sections of the quantity to calculate the needing air and the power of pressure. Based on the balance of the tunnel resistance and power, researched the number,operation and the way of the regulation of jet fan;The main pollutant concentration of co changes was predicted on the line source. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) It was in favour of using Traffic wind when the long-distance highway tunnel took vertical type ventilation, traffic driving conditions will become the next traffic wind tunnel good power supply the traffic wind was the good power supply to tunnel on the driving, and the speed of traffic could influence greatly the traffic wind. On the average hour traffic in the prediction of cases to ZhongNanShan highway tunnel in QinLing mountains, when the speed of 70km/h, single hole produce traffic tunnel ventilation pressure is 5.04 times and 1.71 times than 50km/h and 30km/h respectively.(2) Through the network solutions to calculate, we could see only depending on traffic in the tunnel wind and natural ventilation couldn't completely meet each tunnel segment of volume, the tunnel must be added the matching fan .(3) It was related the runing,regulation and number of jet fan to the speed, number and. When speed is 50km/h and 30km/h, in the tunnel, the opening jet fan were 4.22 times and 6.89 times than 70km/h, It was obviously that real-time controlling the opening number of jet fan , which not only could ensure the tunnel environment and air quality, but also achieve the goal of energy saving.(4) Long-distance tunnel must predict whether installed shaft through calculation. In the average traffic prediction of the hour in the circumstance, the concentration of CO of no shaft was 3.47 times than setting three shafts .the three shafts of Qinling ZhongNaShan highway tunnel opened that could guarantee the tunnel air quality.
