In our country,the lattice shell structure has developed rapidly since the mid-80s of last century while double-layer reticulated shell is one of the structure which is widely used.As the shell stability analysis is the key issue of the shell design,it became a focus research,but there are few researches in the aspects of nonlinear analysis.In this paper, the impact of different influencing factors on the double cylindrical shell structure of the ultimate bearing capacity were analyzed.In this paper,finite element method were used for the Geometry non-linear and material non-linear research on double layer cylindrical lattice shells and get a load-displacement curve of structure.The paper research the factors of the critical load through the change of the strength,stability and rigidity of load-displacement curve.In addition,considering the impact of the error of processing and installation,initial imperfection was added into the model to research the impact of initial imperfection on the structure critical load.In this paper,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to do non-linear analysis on the stability of double layer cylindrical lattice shells project,and the influencing factors including span ratio, load distribution,initial imperferction were considered.Through a series of analysis,this paper gets the conclusions of reference for the engineering design.
