| With the rapid development of industry,the pollution of raw water becomes worse and worse.Traditional process of raw water treatment has not met the need of micro-polluted raw water treatment.More attention has been paid to the development of advanced purification process of raw water treatment.The concentration of dissolved organic pollutants,NH3-N compounds are 822mg/l,1.14.2mg/l,respectively,in raw water of Laiyang water plant,which is a kind of water resource in the coastal area.All these concentrations exceed the corresponding ones limited by the sanitary standard for drinking water, which are 3.0mg/l,0.5mg/l,respectively.An advanced purification process of water treatment,which combined ozone with aerated biological complex process,is presented in terms of the characteristics of the raw water. Research details are as follows:1. biological pretreatment experiment:①Change the dosage of ozone, biological filter filtration rate, water temperature and make a comparison between three treatment techniques on CODMn, NH3-N removal to select right operating parameters of them.②Make a comparison between three treatment techniques on CODMn, NH3-N removal to select the treatment process and process parameters.2.Coagulation experiment: study conventional treatment for removal of CODMn and NH3-N .3.Activated carbon treatment experiment: to ensure water quality reach the standard in the low temperature operating conditions , study on the dosage and adsorption equilibrium time of activated carbon.The results showed that ceramics biological aerated filter was better, when the water temperature reached 17℃, the ozone dosage was 2.64mg / l, the filtration rate 4m/h, CODMn of water pretreated by ceramic filter≤6mg/l, NH3-N<0.5mg/l, pH6.3-6.8. When the dosage of coagulant and powdered activated carbon were respectively 30mg/l,30mg/l, CODMn<3mg/l, NH3-N<0.2mg/l ,all of which were less than those of sanitary standard for drinking water .The results testified that the ozone combined with aerated biological complex process was advanced and effective technology to deeply purify and treat micro-pollutedwater.In addition the results also provided some project bases and references for widely treat micro-polluted raw water in coastal area. |
