With gradually increasing of air traffic flow, the required air traffic management system of information and intelligence will be more and more high. This article focused on the intelligence involved in the management of the flight air traffic conflict detection and resolution of two key technologies. First of all, based on the analysis of the aircraft with the path optimization problem and the nonlinear characteristics, the paper solved the aircraft routing and collision on the horizontal plane by ant colony algorithm. Established static routing ant colony algorithm model, and then determined the optimal path in the global potential conflict after local quadratic programming position. The former as a collision-free path optimization constraints, combined with the conflict between the new exploration model of aircraft to ensure that the horizontal plane aircraft collision-free trajectory planning should have a dynamic convergence. The algorithm in solving complex and large-capacity problem can also show a good performance. For aircraft in the vertical plane of the conflict detection and resolution, this paper puts forward the methods that is related to the generalized assignment problem of the aircraft flight level, and quantified the real factors that generated the efficiency matrix, respectively, used the Hungarian algorithm and branch and bound method to solve it. The simulation results showed that the proposed about flying conflict detecting and liberation technology research method can provide short-term and long-term control way assist decision-making basis.
