UAV surveillance and autonomy conflicts resolution have always been the main problem that restricts the rapid development and safe and efficient operation of UAV.In order to improve the UAV surveillance,flight conflict detection and resolution,this paper proposes a UAV traffic management method based on precise control,including the realization of UAV monitoring equipment,UAV airborne conflict detection and multi-UAV conflict resolution.Firstly,in view of the lack of monitoring methods for UAV,the functional requirements of UAV monitoring equipment are clarified.Combined with the advantages of ADS-B technology,the functional modules of monitoring equipment based on ADS-B technology are analyzed.A design scheme of UAV monitoring equipment based on ADS-B technology is proposed.On the basis of this,a position difference correction method based on 1090 MHZ extended telegram is proposed to improve the positioning accuracy of equipment.Secondly,aiming at the problem of UAV collision detection,an airborne UAV collision detection method based on linear extrapolation method is proposed.The sliding window correlation algorithm is introduced to reduce the false alarm rate.According to the conflict situations that the UAV may encounter during the operation,the release time of the single maneuvering solution for the UAV adopting three strategies of height adjustment,speed regulation and heading regulation is compared.Then,Aiming at the problem of multi-UAV conflict,this paper proposes a multi-UAV collision detection method based on linear extrapolation for ground-based UAV collision detection and resolution.The basic ant colony algorithm is introduced,and the conflict simplification model of the traditional basic ant colony algorithm is optimized by adding speed regulation strategy.The multi-UAV conflict resolution scheme is given based on the speed regulation and heading strategy.The ant colony algorithm is improved by adding angle information and queue system.The algorithm can give multi-machine linkage liberation path for multi-machine conflict situation,and reduces the calculating time and total delay distance for the optimal path.Finally,the World Wind-based UAV management and control platform was developed,and a threedimensional airspace model was established to verify the functions of ADS-B data processing and location correction,airspace collision alarm,and flight conflict alarm.
