Based on the hamornic and reactive compensation of high power frequency converters and rectifying drivers in the mine, researched the control system of 6.3kV Static Var Compensator based on difference-entrop. Established the SVC dynamics optimization model based on the electrical network impedance diagram analysis.Giving out the reactive power and hamonic current detection algorithm by combining of the instantaneous reactive power theory and difference-entropy theory Based on the harmony Porter analysis of Thyristor Controlled Reactor and Passive Power Filter, applied the theory of dynamic modeling to optimize design parameters of SVC. Proof by example, through the parameter optimization, the filter dan effectively filter out the harmonics in the system,various filter channels are not easily resonance.Combined the instantaneous reactive power theory and difference-entropy theory. Based on the instantaneous reactive power theory, the ip-iq current sign detection method was used to calculate the reactive current to he control of the thyristor conduction angle. The difference-entropy theory was used to capture the disturbance of the reactive power and harmonics current. Laid the foundation of the SVC control system theory and algorithm development.Based on the measured data of power factor and harmonic current in 6.3kV grid, proposed the TCR+PPF topology of SVC, and the control processof SVC. Also introduced hardware control circuit of the SVC.In order to verify the compensation effect of SVC, builted a SVC compensation system model. By simulating the model, analysised the fliter effect of PPF in SVC. By contorlling the conduction angle of thyristor. TCR dynamically compense the reactive power in the grid. Using the difference-entropy theory to detect the disturbance of reactive power. By analysising the model, the PPF can effectively filter out the harmonic current in the coal mine grid load. TCR can compense the reactive power dynamically. The differece-entropy can effectively detect the disturbances in the system.
