With the development of science and technology, motor is more and more widely used in industrial production and in our daily life, therefore there are higher request on the performance of motor. Some measures must be taken to enhance the performance of the motor and the accuracy control ability of the motor because the prospect of the motor will be influenced by the performance. The performance of the motor indicates a kind of important indicators, which can be measured by a series of methods. Accordingly there are a lot of researches on the performance of the motor both in china and abroad. This thesis proposed the winding current acquisition system on the background and solved the difficulties to acquire the winding current in the high speed. This is significant in the practical engineering.Firstly, in view of feature requirement and the factors that influent the features, the thesis designed the hardware acquisition circuit of winding current. The circuit solved the problem of acquiring the armature winding current in the high speed.Secondly, those data of the winding current that is acquired by the A/D, can be transported to the PC according to the communication with PC by the serial. Therefore the thesis designed and implemented the software interface based on the LabVIEW. The interface can communicate with MCU and get the data of winding current, it can also display the waveform and do the fast fourier transportation,besides,those date can be saved by the form of excel.Finally,the thesis did lots of analysis about the characterization of the winding current. The thesis analysis the signal singularity first. In consideration of acquiring some noise when collecting the winding current, the thesis did the wavelet denoising analysis on the signal, which include the wavelet denoising of modulus maxima based on bayes shrinkage threshold and Hermite interpolation and the wavelet threshold denoising.
