As human outer space exploration ability enhance, the asteroids and comets isbecoming one of the most important deep-space exploration target. Before landingon the asteroids and comets, it's necessary that detector have be tested on theground, The most cost-effective way is set up the steady-state microgravityenvironment simulation experimental platform. Because of the big size and highprices of existing microgravity analog device, The paper have designed a rotatingcentrifugal microgravity analog device, which can be used to test the landerprinciple model.Firstly, the physical model of rotating centrifugal microgravity analog devicesis established. To providing accurate parameters of the device, theoretical formulahave deduced. Important parameters in the model, including friction slide rails,spring stiffness coefficient of linearity and magnetic relationship with the distancesare tested by experiment. Then the microgravity analog device is devised in detailwith Pro/E 3-D solid model of every component, and the static analyses for themain components is proceeded. After that the device model is imported intoADAMS software to analyze the model structure and perform dynamics simulationanalysis, the analysis result correspond to the design objective. Finally, the deviceis drawed by AUTOCAD and manufactured. In this process, the main designmethod is designing-simulation-forecasting performance-modifying the design-Manufacturing. After debugging, a mass of experiment indicate that the device isaccuracy and reliability.In the paper, a method which can realize the microgravity simulation thatbased on rotating centrifugal force and meanwhile using the mechanics propertiesof spring to counteract centrifugal changes is presented. Then microgravitydetection system which is suitable for rotating platform is established.Microgravity analog device and microgravity detection system constitute thecomplete microgravity experiment system which can be used to simulatemicrogravity. Comparing with other microgravity analog device, this device issmaller, lower costs, longer microgravity simulation time.
