As a platform developed by fan inverter underground coal mine 45KW / 660V prototype, but for the domestic mining flame-proof frequency converter design, applied to provide the reference.This paper mainly studies the content in the following aspects:(1) The expounds after 1990's, with IGBT, IGCT and so on the new power electronics device development, DSP and the rapid development of the ASIC and innovative control theory and technology is perfect, make the variable frequency speed regulation system in range of speed, accuracy, dynamic response speed and power factor, operation efficiency and easy to use performance index more than dc speed control system, to replace the point of dc speed control by various sectors of welcome, and obtain remarkable economic benefits.(2) Completed pay - straight into the voltage type inverter -- hardware design, completed using V/F control technology of software design, application of CAD and modern machining technology completed converter of isolating esplosion shell design and processing.(3) The heat pipe cooling technology, solves the underground coal mine explosion and thermal insulation; Adopt three times, solve the harmonic stacking technique of frequency converter the problem of low voltage transfer ratio; Using passive LC filtering technology and RFI filtering technology solved inverter harmonic pollution and EMC problem.(4) Completed 45KW / 660V fan inverter of prototype development.In the end, the essay this converter device can well satisfy engineering practice demands are summarized, but still have a lot of work is worth development.In short, with modern power electronic technology, especially the microcomputer and large scale integrated circuit, the rapid development of modern control theory in the penetration of electrical control, a new range of control methods are constantly emerging, ac motor of frequency conversion technology will show more broad prospect.
