In nowadays,The key measures for energy-saving and reducing consumption of building energy is to develop low carbon and energy-saving building.Wall innovation is the foundation for energy saving building.Due to this,our country has quickened the pace of walling reform,spare no effort to promote the new wall materials.Strengthen the enforcement of law to encourage the behaviors for energy-saving building have gradually from 30% to 50% then to 65% today.This paper puts forward a kind of new wall materials—composite insulation hollow blocks,not only satisfy the current energy-saving standard requirements,reduce the building energy consumption,but provides for low carbon energy-saving building development corresponding experiment and theoretical basis.(1)Through research on the composite insulation materials selection,block type design, production equipment and production technology of the concrete hollow blocks,then introduces a new composite thermal-insulating blocks and its use of the FZBW6-30 type thermal-insulating blocks molding equipment production line.(2)Mechanical properties:Design Mechanical test is mainly relating to the basic mechanical properties of masonry and its practical application in the course of the performance indicators to be grasped.the compressive strength of the new composite insulation masonry and test values of shear strength are consistent with the code,only slightly lower shear strength.However,when calculating the ultimate bearing capacity,calculation section area is should adopt the bearing block section area is calculated with the external decoration, because the thermal insulation layer of the bearing capacity of less influence structure, can be omitted.(3)Thermal performance:Composite concrete hollow block's energy-saving thermal performance is an important indicator in the designing of energy-saving building and it's mainly represented by the thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient shown.Composite insulation hollow heat transfer value satisfy building energy-saving criteria 65% of requirements.The thermal performance testing method to basically have two kinds:direct and indirect test detection theoretical calculation method. Contrast,when adopting standard calculating methods on developing new products or design new building structures and it has significant advantages.(4)Through experiment and theoretical calculation primarily validated the reclamation and heat preservation material blocks its insulation effect significantly higher than normal concrete hollow blocks,used for maintenance structure can significantly less air-conditioning in summer and winter heating system,so as to achieve the utilization of energy saving and emission reduction requirement,and composite insulation hollow blocks of concrete consumption is ordinary concrete block of 88%. So as to reduce carbon emissions by 11%.In the paper,for composite thermal-insulating blocks of mechanical and thermal performance made basic experimental research,and to block of carbon emissions are analyzed, knowable composite insulation hollow blocks for energy saving and environment protecting, achieve good low carbon life is of far-reaching significance.
