Research On Property Of Low-noise Asphalt Pavement Materials In Tunnel

With the rapid development of a large number of highway construction,As effective measures and means to improve the line shape ,shorten the distance, overcome the height difference ,improve the speed and the operational conditions, protect ecological environment, tunnel has been widely used.However, research on the road structure and materials of the tunnel is relatively weak and the structure type is unitary.In the absence of research on the characteristics of different tunnel pavement structure and material,the tunnels which has been built have many problems such as spalling concrete,broken boards, joint damage, poor skid resistance, low planeness, noise on the concrete road, these problems seriously affect the capacity and performance of the tunnel.Therefore, to carry out structural and material research and investigation of the road in the tunnel,to make analysis of impact of climate and environment which is act on the road structure and material inside the tunnel, and to study the road construction process of the tunnel is very necessary and timely。Through quantitative analysis to the various environmental factors in the tunnel: temperature, humidity, noise, ventilation and so on,we make sure the effect and requirements of environmental inside the tunnel which act on the road structure and material.We make deep analysis of mechanism of noise generation and enhancement in the tunnel,and we propose tunnel road noise affect factors and establish the tunnel traffic noise prediction model,On this basis, from viewpoint of sliding, noise reduction we penetrate deeply to make analysis of the OGFC asphalt concrete pavement raw materials and mix design method ,we also propose a key control indicators of the structure used for the tunnel,Meanwhile, in order to examine the rationality and applicability of the design, we also built testing road。...
