Due to the special conditions of tunnel,the cement concrete pavement is often used in the tunnel pavement construction.The surface texture of concrete pavement under the vehicle load decay rapidly since the pavement is long-term in a closed,humid environment,and smoke and dust pollution in the tunnel.There is a big security risk with skid resistant decreased sharply.In addition,the road noise is very large when the vehicle is running in the tunnel,which seriously affects people's driving comfort.Therefore,how to choose the quite and suitable pavement texture types,as well as establish regional boundaries and limit standards,have become the problems that should be considered and solved urgently for researchers.The functional requirements of the tunnel pavement were analyzed through the investigation of Gansu province inside and outside tunnel concrete pavement anti slide and pavement noise characteristics.On this basis,the transverse friction test equipment was used to test skid properties of multiple tunnels and highway pavement in Gansu Province.Then the Zoning Standards of skid resistance were determined by using clustering analysis method.Secondly,the noise levels were tested by using tire falling method.So the Zoning Standards of pavement noise and its spectrum were obtained.Finally,the micro and macro structures were tested of different types of cement concrete pavement.and test the noise and noise spectrum,anti sliding and noise characteristics of different concrete pavement texture,on the basis of pavement texture and skid resistance and noise correlation analysis.On this basis,the correlation between texture and skid and noise were analyzed.The results show that the Skid resistance range of concrete pavement can be divided into three regions.The 1 zone is Skid Innovation Zone in which the skid value is above 65/70.And SFC of the new concrete pavement is in this zone.The SFC values in 2 zone is roughly between 50/55 and 65/70.The SFC of most of grooving concrete pavement is in this zone.The SFC values in 3 zone is lower than 50/55.The zone includes the SFC of most of transverse grooving,poor smooth concrete pavement and Concrete pavement after the opening period.The noise range of concrete pavement can also be divided into three regions.The noise values in 1 zone is below 99/100 dB.The 2 zone is mid-controlled zone.The noise values in this zone is roughly between 99/100 and 105/106 dB.The noise values in 3 zone is higher than 104/105 dB.Nearly all the spectra show a typical peak near 1,000 Hz followed by a low tonal apex at about 1,700 Hz.The spectra of longitudinal texture are smoother than the transverse texture.There is no significant correlation between noise and micro texture.
