| In recent years,dozens of bridge accidents and the increasing number of unsafe bridges in our country have proved that ensuring bridge safety is very important for both the society and individuals. This paper lists the evaluation and inspection methods for the state of health and safety of the common bridge and illustrates that the bridge structure conducting long-term health monitoring can overcome the existing shortage of test method, not only that it can immediately get bridge health information and safety pre-warning. Through the introduction of the limitations and restrictions of the reality layont bridge health monitoring device, we should accord to certain standard to layont monitoring equipment selectively for highway bridge group, and ensure highway play their due role normally with reasonable using resources. For determining the selection criteria of monitoring equipment , namely the highway existing bridges monitoring rank appraisal model , this paper made the following several aspects of the research work:1. Compare the differences between monitoring system for highway bridge group and single bridge monitoring system with modeling, bridge and the information processing. Proposed evaluation of the concept of Monitoring of highway bridge group level and determine the orders of the bridge installation of monitoring equipment along the road.2. Ensure the monitoring levels of evaluation principles and implementation procedures. Consider the relationship between the single bridge and other bridges, the function and the role along the road. Evaluation of the level of the monitoring bridge form importance and safety.3. Introduced the concept of value engineering when evaluating the importance of bridges along the highway and measure the importance of the bridge with bridge life-cycle cost. Compare the differences of life cycle cost between importance of the evaluation and design alternatives, and use the size of loss cost level as the scale of the bridge importance.4. When evaluating the safety of the bridges along the highway road, the method is that rating for all indicators, weighting sum and using the final score to determine the overall security level. Using AHP evaluation principles to calculate a single index weight after compare the advantages and disadvantages of various traditional methods.5. Determine the rating of the bridge monitoring considering the level of importance and security of the bridges along the highway road.6. When analyzing the instance of Tang-Jin highway road (Tianjin part), consider the differences of the importance and safety evaluation system. Use a different way to think the evaluation differences of upstream and downstream bridge for Twin Bridges. 7. Considering the timeliness of the results of a monitoring rating, determine the level of the prediction model for monitoring and judge the change of monitoring the future level of the bridge at a time. Use artificial neural network that could process intelligently a large number of non-linear information data to establishe the mathematical model predicted after comparing the traditional prediction methods.8. By contrasting advantages and disadvantages of network convergence, network stability and forecast effectiveness about BP network and RBF network, select BP network as mathematical model of highway bridge monitoring level prediction model and test the reliability of internet prediction through example. |
