This topic research railway cable communication, using cable inflator security ommunication cable in good working condition. The excellent software LabVIEW at easurement and control in the industry field is used for the cable inflators. According to the distributed control and centralized management thoughts, the systematic solution is designed. It is monitored by using LabVIEW at center station and substation, monitored by using AT89C51 at scene. The design of the overall system includes the scene end monitoring the hardware and software design to collect many parameters, such as AC voltage signal, temperature, humidity, air pressure, flow signal, etc. The scene MCU communicates with the substation computer by RS485 serial bus. The computer between substation and center station are using TCP/IP protocol to communicate with each other. When inflator's environment super wet or ultra high temperature, or its compressor power supply off-gauge, or compressor working time meet the prescribed requirements, or inflatable cable internal super wet etc, the emergency alarm signal is produced by using GSM way to send a text message or telephone.Friendly human-machine interface is designed in computer, in which historical data stored in SQLServer database. Thus we can conveniently Inquire and analysis the historical data. It has data output and print function, and it can send disabled processing.
