At present, domestic and foreign has been some research on reliability about in-service bridge structures, reliability theory has to be perfect, but based on the deflection of the fracture characteristics of these two state indicators of RC beam bridge its reliability research is not much. With the national economic development, increasing the road traffic system, a bridge from the bottlenecks in service quality is more and more attention, the necessary maintenance and strengthening decision-making and improving the reliability of reinforced times will be the main areas of concern. Although the reliability aspects of bridge structure has been reinforced after the preliminary study, but the results and information not more. Therefore, it is necessary on the basis of existing theory reinforced the reliability of RC bridges were analyzed.In this paper,combining the characteristics of RC bridge structures, It's proposed that analysis of the corresponding ultimate bearing capacity can carried out through the characteristic parameters of RC bridge cracks and deflection. And thus the reliability of the bridge in service for analysis. Also before and after reinforcement of RC bridge a comprehensive reliability analysis, an effective solution.In this paper,based on the research analysis about many domestic and international reinforcement data, It's obtained that the mechanical behavior about the whole bending section and capacity calculation of the RC bridge structure after reinforcement.Meanwhile, the uncertainty factor and influencing factors in the resistance model before reinforcement are analyzed and obtaining the corresponding statistical parameters. The resistance influencing factors on reinforced RC bridge structure are analyzed, and based on resistance degradation in the existing research-based components, some parameters in the resistance of the reinforced components have been modified.Also,the the resistance probabilistic model of reinforcement member was established.In this paper, combinating above methods through inspection and reinforcement of a simply supported RC bridge in Hebei Province, Its reliability before and after reinforcement were calculated and analyzed. It's verified that it is feasible of the method that analyze the reliability of RC bridge in-service period through generally considering its crack parameters and deflection and the calculation method about reliability of post-reinforcement.
