With the increasing of building energy consumption, building energy-saving has become the hotspot of energy-saving job, and the existing building energy-saving is paid more attention to because of the enormous energy-saving potential. It is beneficial to save a lot of reset funds and solve the bottleneck problem of economic development by optimizing and renovating the existing buildings, and it is a comprehensive technical innovation path suitable for Chinese national conditions.Aiming at the central heating secondary network system of existing building, exergy analysis method was used to establish exergy balance mathematical model to analyze the available energy transferring. The unreasonable energy and energy-saving potential was pointed out.The survey and testing were carried out to study the central heating secondary network system of existing building, and the typical data of the secondary network system was obtained. By the actual testing, the serious hydraulic disorder and"big flow, small temperature difference"operation mode were the main reasons for large heating energy consumption and poor heating quality. The energy-saving technology upgrading and renovation should be carried on.By optimization analysis and technical and economic comparison, the technical scheme system of secondary network system upgrading and reconstruction was proposed based on the status of the existing building energy-saving renovation and heat supply system. Heat metering renovation scheme which was adopted based on building heat metering and on-off valve regulation and household heat allocation technique. The scheme would be used to carry on energy-saving renovation for some actual secondary network system in Shijiazhuang region.Operation monitoring was carried out for the central heating secondary network system which has been energy-saving renovation. The monitoring results showed that the renovated heat consumption of heating system saved about 30-40% and the power consumption of circulation pump saved about 20% compared with previous central heating secondary network system. The indoor temperature generally meets the heating requirements and the heating comfort of residents was good. Then by economic analysis, 1.002 million yuan was saved per year and the full investment of renovation project would be recovered in 4.85 years. The feasibility of the renovation scheme was tested and verified by actual project and the application and dissemination potential was proved in the technical economy.
