Portable thermometer is widely utilized in various departments and sectors in national economy. Ordinary portable thermometer can measure temperature random in the field with its characteristics of using easily, little influence from outside and low price. However, its low resolution and low accuracy can not meet the requirements of following industries such as environmental monitoring, biology, medicine, materials and precision manufacturing.Based on researching and improving of the current temperature measurement technics, A Portable High-Precision thermometer is scheme out. It's scope is -50~400℃, resolution is 0.01℃, accuracy is 0.05%RD±0.05℃, and it's can communicated with USB. This product can partial substitution expensive table thermometer. The Project is processed on hardware circuit and software.In hardware aspect, the circuit is based on low consumption MCU, achieving the temperature measurement, LCD display, USB communication, power control. It's important projects are one-button power-circuit with dual power automatic switchover and dynamic measurement with low temperature offset error.In software aspect, the program can complete embedded measure and system control, such as data acquisition and management, storage, communication, timing, power controlling. It's important projects are new type linearity correction program which can get high-precision by demarcating two point and intelligent program that can save electricity.Indicated with test and use by clients, Portable High-Precision thermometer reached the design requirements. The design simplified the hardware structure and reduced the cost for production because of improving the measurement circuit and linearity correction program, so the product can be used more widely.
