Precision carbon film potentiometers are mainly used in position feedback systems in aerospace and other fields.Due to their high precision and high reliability,their preparation and correction processes have become an important research direction in recent years.At this stage,the linearity correction of the potentiometer is mainly based on discrete correction,that is,a number of correction points are equidistantly taken on the potentiometer,and the overall linearity is improved by correcting the resistance values of these points.However,the discrete correction method will lead to inconsistent overall linearity of the potentiometer,and the correction efficiency is low,and it is prone to waste products,which can not adapt to the production requi rements.The existing continuous correction methods are also difficult to apply because of the imperfect resistance model and lack of effective feedback..In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a closed-loop continuous correction method for potentiometers.The specific research process is as follows.Firstly,starting from the existing correction methods,using the simulation method to establish a perfect correction model,to explore the best correction method,and compare the traditional correction depth calculation method and simulation results,get the accurate calculation method of the correction depth,and Apply it to a continuous correction system.Secondly,the potentiometer continuous correction scheme is established,including data acquisition scheme,potentiometer screening scheme,zero-seeking scheme,intermediate correction scheme,end correction scheme and patch-fixing scheme.The algorithm is studied and the initial determination is made.The important parameters of each process,and the analysis of the system error,the adjustment strategy is given.In order to verify the feasibility of the above scheme and algorithm,a closed-loop continuous correction test platform for potentiometer linearity was developed.The main work includes the construction of platform hardware and the design of corresponding control software.The hardware part includes the design and construction of a three-axis servo engraving table,fixture,control circuit,measurement circuit and mode conversion circuit.The software parts are mainly measurement module,data processing module,motion control module,information finishing module and manual debugging module.Use LabVIEW to write programs that use the producer consumer model as the main program to run the logic,making it easy to operate and maintain.Finally,the experimental research and error analysis of the closed-loop continuous correction algorithm of the potentiometer are carried out.The experiments mainly include the detection experiment of the accur acy of the x and y axes and the repeatability of the system sampling and the verification experiment of the continuous correction algorithm.In the verification experiment,the correctness of the continuous correction algorithm and its matching relationship with the guide rail speed are mainly verified.Analyze the error caused by the experimental results.
