| The operating stability test, which is the important component of the test of hydro electric generating set, is the main method of verifying vibration level of the set, analyzing the fault source of vibration, determining vibration areas of the set and research on special problems. Processing of the test data is the foundation and the key of subsequent analysis. So the effectiveness and high efficiency of the data processing is one of the most important parts of the testing. This article is based on the research and application of data processing methods in operating stability test of hydro electric generating set, including the following two parts:First, make a study in data processing methods in operating stability test of hydro electric generating set. It's included that discussions of the common analysis methods and some advanced analysis methods. The common analysis methods discussed in this article are time domain signal statistics character, frequency analysis fast Fourier transform (FFT). So is the advanced analysis methods with two dimensional holo-spectrum, three dimensional holo-spectrum, wavelet analysis, and the wavelet wavelet packet transform. As the common analysis methods are mature, they are just simply introduced in this article. The efficiency of the advanced analysis methods is discussed in detail. With the advanced methods, processed the simulate noisy signal and analyzed the results. So did with the testing data.Secondly, developing a data processing software with some mature methods discussed in this article. At the very beginning, used the UML to design the software structure, then coded in the integrated software development environment---- Visual C++6.0, with the object oriented C++ Language. The software integrated the common data analysis methods, saved results to Excel by using Visual C++ to manuplicate the Excel, and achieved the function of fast auto-processing the test data with the VBA Language embedded in Excel, finally automatically coming to report forms. |
