Energy is an indispensable resource of modern society as well as the direct driving force of technological development. However, the main human consumption energy - fossil fuels has become increasingly scarce and will be exhausted one day sooner or later. Under the severe pressure of resources and the environment, every county all over the world actively develop the clean energy industry - wind industry. Therefore, the constructions of offshore wind farms become a hot topic of ocean engineering field. For offshore wind turbine, the security of their foundation structure is the key technology of design and construction. At first, ocean environmental force is a very complicated nonlinear problem, which is very difficult to be theoretical analyzed and calculated. Secondly, as the main part of the wind turbine, the foundation structure directly determines the quality of the wind turbine safety, reliability and stability. Therefore, the foundation structure security analysis of offshore wind turbine has vitally significance. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore foundation structure's security issue of offshore wind turbine. The thesis firstly analyzes the development and potential of offshore wind turbine. Based on the study of numerous relative research materials, I use of Morison Equation to systemically analyze the calculation method of wave force on the offshore wind turbine. Then, I proposed a finite element method of environmental load calculation using ABAQUS USER SUBROUTINE, and develop a series corresponding DLOAD subroutines programs. Finally, using the VCCT (virtual crack closure technique) and numerical method, I analyze the fracture issue on the foundation structure and gives relevant examples. |
