Offshore wind turbine has the potential to produce reliable quantities of sustainable energy.In recent years,the offshore wind turbine has been developing at a high speed.The total amount of offshore wind turbines installed in 2016 was 2219 MW,and the total amount of wind turbines in construction was 14384 MW.The monopile foundation accounts for 65% of all the basic forms.According to statistics,the cost of civil construction accounts for 30% of the total investment in the construction of offshore wind turbine.It is of great significance to design an economical and reasonable pile foundation.Scour is a problem that needs to be frequently faced in the design of offshore wind power monopile,and the scour protection device or increasing pile length is generally used in the project to resist scour.However,it is not enough research and analysis to increase the economic rationality of pile length.Therefore,this paper optimizes the design of monopile considering the scour situation,and the specific research contents are as follows:(1)An optimal design model for the monopile foundation of offshore wind power is established in this paper.The depth and scope of soil erosion and soil erosion are calculated according to the DNV specification,and the interaction between pile and soil is calculated according to the P-Y curve.In the process of optimization,monopile's minimum weight is the optimal target,the pile strength and pile Angle are the state variables,the optimum parameters are the pile diameter.Using ANSYS APDL OPTYPE FIRST algorithm in the optimization design.(2)In this paper,when the p-y curve of pile-soil interaction is established,the Python software is used to format the output to ensure the accuracy of the results.(3)Based on the soil properties and monopile materials,this paper designs and verifies the size of the pile foundation.(4)In this paper,the optimum design of the scour condition is considered in this paper.The results show that in the three kinds of marine geological conditions,it is more economical and reasonable to increase the pile diameter and increase the wall thickness than to increase the pile length.
