Hybrid Vehicle is a multi-domain complex systems which are involved in mechanical, control, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other subject areas, the development and research on Hybrid Vehicle has already become the focus of the new era. Modelica provided new ideas and directions for physical systems modeling and simulation that be involved in many areas.Based on a unified multi-domain physical system modeling and simulation platform MWorks, established a parallel hybrid electric vehicle model.First, the introduction of the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Powertrain components - engine, electric motor, the battery works, the common modeling ways and derive their mathematical models.The engine modeling approach is based on the physical equation, by interpolation of experimental data obtained the dynamic parameters. Motor modeling using Modelica unique way of object-oriented modeling approach, in accordance with the electric motor'Schematic builted its model.Battery internal resistance model used to establish its model base on interpolation method.Secondly, the introduction of the hybrid electric vehicle brake system, transmission system parts - brakes, clutches, differentials, transmissions and tires, power coupling device works, derived their mathematical model. Brakes used the disc brake model, which mainly through the mutual contact surfaces of friction to achieve its function. Clutch used the disc friction clutch model, which is similar to the brakes that through friction achieve the combination and disconnection of power. differential Useing a symmetric bevel gear differential model, ignoring the friction between the gears. Transmission is simulated by the way of Object-oriented method based on its works.Tire model is established by the pure formula. Coupling device using coaxial input planetary gears mechanism to simulate its work principle.Finally, estabilish a Hybrid Vehicle through the parts established, electric Auxiliary control strategy is used to manage its energy distribution, used the CYC_HWFET to test the model, the simulation result revealed the model is right and possible.
