As the service life of equipment is getting longer, there is a decrease in electromagnetic compatibility performance of electronic information system. The problem of interference within the system and in the complex electromagnetic environment is rising up, therefore, to keep the system working in order, directly carrying out the maintenance and guarantee work of EMC become badly in need. This paper raises an EMC model synthesis approach, concludes the electromagnetic parameters and the law of system changes in EMC according to the measured data, and achieves EMC forecast of equipment and system. And provides a technology method to enhance electromagnetic compatibility maintenance and safeguard capability. This paper is comprised of four parts:First,it proposes the concept of EMC model synthesis base on the data mining method. it presents the based issue of EMC model synthesis from the following two aspects: the characteristic of the measured data of EMC, the way of model synthesis.In the second part, it proposes a mathematical way to implement EMC model synthesis from two perspectives: statistical analysis method and neural network theory. It also researches the method of selecting key parameters when applying neural network algorithm with a simulation example.In the third part, it presents the issues when applying the model from the following three aspects: emission characteristic, sensitivity characteristic and electromagnetic compatibility of system. Based on the measured data, it studies and summarizes the current typical EMC model and modifies this model. With analyzing evaluation technology, it forecasts the electromagnetic compatibility of system based on the analyzing result of some electromagnetic parameters.In the last part, this paper designs and develops software of electromagnetic compatibility model synthesis on the basis of above parts. This software features several functions such as equipping electromagnetic compatibility model synthesis, platform electromagnetic compatibility information synthesis and electromagnetic environment synthesis and forecast. It elaborates the design process and working procedure of the software, and provides typical application case.
