With the development of Reform and Opening, all kinds of causes are booming, it has become a fact that the large structures are developing towards high, large and heavy. However, because of various reasons, such as constructing and assembling in different places, or under the requirement of the city's construction plan and so on, some large structures need to be removed to another place. Therefore, it is related to the technology of how to move the large structures. Nowadays, according to the different form of structures, the moving ways are also different, there are mainly lifting, sliding, moving with vehicles and moving with rollers. Lifting method is for small and medium sized structures because of the limited lifting weight. Sliding method requires to be carried out on the sliding way and needs large traction. Application of moving with vehicles is very limited in domestic. The method, moving with rollers, has been used widely at home and abroad, but it is very limited in research on the technology of large structure's hydraulic lifting and moving with rollers. Therefore, it has been mainly studied in this paper. The main research of this paper can be included as follows:1. Take Hertz contact theory as premise, theoretical calculation of rolling friction coefficient has been analyzed based on the elastic hysteresis. The theoretical formula for calculating the rolling friction coefficient has been obtained, and according to the experiment of moving with rollers, the experimental data and theoretical calculation have been contrastively analyzed.2. With ANSYS software, the roller contact model has been established. According to the moving process with rollers of'Liwan 3-1'30000t jacket, the stress and deformation of continuous cup supports and rollers have been analyzed in different working conditions.3. The process of hydraulic lifting and moving with rollers has been analyzed. With the PID control technology, the force of the jack has been adjusted dynamically in the whole process. Through judging the pressure and displacement signals, and upper monitoring, PLC sends control instructions to the solenoid valves in order to control and balance the force of the jack.4. With the technology of hydraulic lifting and moving with rollers, the test-bed which compromises mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology has been designed. According to analysis the collected data in multi-working situations and multi-weight boxes, the curves of jack's and leg's weight and displacement have been contrastively analyzed.In summary, the technology, large structure's hydraulic lifting and moving with rollers, has important and practical significance in the field of engineering.
