Hydrauliccraneis the loading and unloading equipment on a ship。It is a large deck machinery which can achieve flexible hoisting,luffing and slewing in the rated load. The loading and unloading of it is compact structure,simple operation and high efficiency.Hydrauliccranegets widely used on ships. This article is armed at the hydraulic crane design of the Fisher 30t/24 m hydraulic crane,according to the stress characteristics of the key components of the boom,the structural static analysis and modal analysis,combined with the simulation, the model structure of jib of inquiry, and grams that on-line monitoring of crane hydraulic system,which provides a feasible method for the innovation research and has a certain reference significance.The thesis mainly studied the following contents:1.According to the hydraulic lifting capacity of main design parameters,the hydraulic g for crane boom has carried on the detailed structural design,and set up a new application of PROE software 3 d model and traditional crane jib crane boom.2.Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was applied to two kinds of crane jib structure static analysis of the work. The conclusion that minimum radius of work in the largest radius of crane boom two limit conditions corresponding stress and displacement distribution prove that the new boom of strength and stiffness on the premise of materials reduced by 25%and meet the requirements.3.The application of finite element analysis software ANSYS finite element modal analysis was carried out on the boom. It extracts the boom of the top ten corresponding order natural frequency, maps the vibration mode, and calculates the engine, drum vibration and deflection of the goods caused by the worker。This frequency proves that resonance phenomenon will not occur.4.According to the principle of electromagnetic induction in electromagnetics,it is possible to design simple equipment and realize the metal impurity in online monitoring of hydraulic system.
