The early project scheduling problem did not consider the consumption of resourcesand often assume that the quantity of these resources is infinite. Because of notconforming to the actual situation, the assumption leads to the appearance ofMulti-resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem.It is hard to find a general algorithm suitable for all Resource Cconstrained ProjectScheduling Problem examples. From many researches, precision algorithm, heuristicalgorithm and intelligent algorithm are the main method. But the problem results arefocused on a single resource constraints and some static hypothesis conditions,butwithout factors of uncertainty during the project implementation.This paper first analysis the characteristics of construction project and the impactfactors of project schedule and then put forward the basic model of Resource ConstrainedProject Scheduling.And then puts forward a new heuristic optimization method considering theuncertainty of resources. And build an improvement model of Resource ConstrainedProject Scheduling.This paper points out that the limitations of the algorithm. By the algorithmcombined with genetic algorithm, a improvement genetic algorithm is got. And the wayof designing coding and decoding manifests constraints of logical relationship andquantity of resource and the uncertainty of resource. And design scientific crossoveroperator and variation operator to ensure not to damage the feasibility of the solution ofchromosomes.Lastly, a project is selected to practice the algorithm by the improved geneticalgorithm and MATLAB7.0.The optimal solution is got and the algorithm is provedscientific and practical.
